Resident Activities and Events:
Vaccination Clinic: A vaccination clinic for Flu & Covid-19 boosters will be on-site on Thursday, November 2nd from 9-3. They will be in the Multipurpose room in the morning, and in the Cafe Sanctuary for the Afternoon.
Remembrance Day: Please join us on November 11th at 10:30 for our Remembrance Day Ceremony. Poppys will be available at the front desk for donation to the Cochrane Legion.
Wellness Workshops: The Alzheimer’s Association will be hosting “Care Partner Strategies” on Thursday, November 16th from 6:30-8:30. Please register at www.cochrane.ca/programguide
Hawthorne Holiday Market: Please join us for our annual holiday market on Saturday, November 25th from 10-2. Join us for some holiday shopping, caroling, and enter for a chance to win a prize basket!
Site Updates:
Outbreak Protocols: Our outbreak status has been cleared as of October 26th. We thank everyone for their continued patience and collaboration. All protocols will return to normal business – masking will still be made available if preferred.
Winter Preparedness: As the temperature drops, we are taking measures to ensure our community is ready for the winter season. This includes snow/ice removal of exterior walkways, and appropriate heating within the building.
